The efficiency of the mixer is mainly determined by the type of mixer and the manufacturing precision of the equipment itself. Generally speaking, the time required for a horizontal mixer to mix evenly is relatively short, while a vertical mixer takes longer. Of course, other factors such as the type of raw materials and their physical properties also affect the length of the mixing time.

The outer wall cavity of the mixing chamber of the high-speed mixer is heated by a resistor to heat up, and then various raw materials measured according to the formula are added into the mixing chamber.

When the stirring paddle in the mixing chamber rotates at high speed, the raw materials near the stirring paddle rotate with the stirring paddle due to the friction of the paddle surface and the push-off effect of the blade end surface;

under the action of high-speed rotating centrifugal force, these materials are thrown to the inner wall of the mixing chamber and become raw materials that continuously hit the wall. Under the thrust of the later materials, when the materials that hit the wall rise to a certain height along the inner wall of the mixing chamber, the gravity of the raw materials makes it fall back to the center of the mixing chamber;

then it is thrown out by the rotating paddle and repeats the original movement; because there is also a baffle in the mixing chamber, it can destroy the relatively regular movement mode of the raw material rotation flow, thus disrupting the movement direction of the material;

and because of the mixed movement of several material flows, friction collision and pushing are generated between the raw materials, so that a certain amount of friction heat is generated between these raw materials;

in addition, sometimes the mixing of raw materials also requires heating outside the mixing chamber to heat up the mixed materials. Due to the combined effect of these conditions, various mixed materials in the mixing chamber are evenly mixed.
